Our Strategy
Bridging Education Gaps across Communities via the Hub-and-Spoke Model
Sunaayy Foundation operates in both urban and rural areas through a shared services approach, commonly known as the hub-and-spoke model. This approach enables us to streamline resources and simplify coordination while effectively reaching remote communities.

Hub-and-Spoke Model
Delhi - Hub
Delhi serves as the hub, operating through a dual approach—street schools and Learning & Development centers—to reach children and women where they are. The street school concept brings education to open spaces, making learning accessible to underserved children while encouraging community involvement.
The learning and development center provides a structured smart classroom environment for deeper engagement to children and acts as a skill development center for the underserved women. It offers donors and volunteers a firsthand experience of Sunaayy & work.
Village - Spokes (UP, Bihar, Jharkhand)
Our village centers act as spokes, extending Sunaayy’s impact to rural communities. These centers leverage local knowledge and expertise to tailor programs based on community needs. They focus on foundational learning, skill development, and empowerment, addressing the unique challenges of education in remote areas.
Sunaayy Foundation currently operates the following centers:
The Delhi centers provide resources, training, and support, while the village centers implement programs locally, drawing on the hub & expertise.
